Donation & Refund Policy

Eco Echoes Foundation is a registered non‑profit. We are committed to transparent utilisation of funds in line with our objectives across environment, nutrition and community upliftment.
Use of donations
- Donations are applied to approved projects and operational needs necessary to run those projects.
- Where a campaign is fully funded, contributions may be redirected to similar high‑priority work.
- Periodic impact updates are shared via our website, social channels or email.
Receipts and 80G
- Official receipts are generated after successful payment and sent to the email provided.
- For 80G eligibility, please enter accurate donor details including PAN when requested.
- If you did not receive a receipt, contact us via the Connect page.
Refunds
Donations are non‑refundable as they are put to immediate charitable use. However, we will review cases such as:
- Duplicate charges or erroneous transactions.
- Technical failure leading to payment capture without receipt.
- Unauthorised card usage reported by the rightful owner.
Requests should be raised within 7 days of the transaction with payment proof and contact details.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; processing timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.
Payment security
Payments are handled via reputed payment gateways using industry‑standard security. We do not store full card details.
